Service Capabilities Statement

• Audio Visual Services design, upgrade, integration and custom installation of Audio Visual, and VTC complex systems.

• Network Services on LANs and WANs including planning, design, and installation. Facility wiring and cabling. Connectivity products with On-site / telephone support worldwide All on GSA schedule.

• Systems Integration and Installation of microcomputer (PC) software and hardware (Including networking systems, standalone systems, portable systems, displays, modems, printers, plotters, scanners, etc.)  Services include: 

• Pre-Install site survey, Equipment configuration, Assembly & Installation of equipment and components, On-site testing and QC, Interconnection with networks.  Networking products we service include:  Attachmate, Network Interface Corp., Intel, IBM, 3Com, Transition Network, Cisco, etc...  All are available on GSA.

• On-site Repair of many major manufacturers products (including IBM, HP/Compaq, Toshiba, Dell, Gateway, Epson, Sony, Okidata, Lexmark, Tektronix/ Xerox, Samsung, NEC, Minolta/QMS, Okidata, etc...) as well as "clone" manufacturers. On-site Service Maintenance agreements including parts, labor, and travel. Annual and monthly contracts available, all on GSA schedule.

• Maintenance Service Contract Response times include:  Standard (Next Business Day), Same Day (4-6 Hours), Priority (2-4 Hours), and after Hours Service (Including 24 x 7 Response).  All on GSA schedule.

• Depot Repair Service Center repairs on all monitors, LCD, Plasma, Projector,  many PC systems, and printers, scanners, and plotters with mail-in or carry-in services, including component board level repairs.  Depot repair services is available on a Time and Materials basis per hour, plus parts and freight,  Flat rates, Pick up and delivery throughout the entire Washington metropolitan area.

• Factory Authorized to resell spare parts, support product exchanges and handle warranty repairs for many manufacturers such as Extron, HP/Compaq, AMX, Okidata, IBM, Dell, Epson, Sony, NEC, Minolta/QMS, and many more.  All on GSA schedule.

• Accessorial Products such as memory, upgrades, disk drives, cables, ribbons, software, and much more are also available from all manufacturers.  All on GSA schedule.

• VTI has Cisco, AMX, Crestron, Extron, Polycom, Tandberg, Novel, MCSE, MCDA, ClearOne, A+, HP/ Compaq, Okidata, Minolta/QMS certified engineers on staff to handle any Audio Visual Design, installation, networking, hardware, or software questions you may have.
